Effective: October 1, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 408 - 122nd General Assembly Except for a participant of Ohio works first who is assigned to a work activity established under section 5107.52 or division (A) of section 5107.60 of the Revised Code, credit for work performed by a participant in a work activity, developmental activity, or alternative work activity does not constitute remuneration for the purpose of Chapter 124., 144., or 145. of the Revised Code and services performed by the participant do not constitute employment for the purpose of Chapter 4141. of the Revised Code.
