Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly A county department of job and family services that refuses to issue a waiver under section 5107.714 of the Revised Code for a member of an assistance group participating in Ohio works first shall provide the member a written explanation for the refusal. The written explanation shall be provided to the member in a manner protecting the member's confidentiality. The member may appeal the refusal pursuant to section 5101.35 of the Revised Code.
