Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly A member of an assistance group participating in Ohio works first may decline a waiver that would otherwise be issued under section 5107.714 of the Revised Code and may terminate at any time a waiver that has been issued under that section.
