Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly There is hereby established the comprehensive case management and employment program. The department of job and family services shall coordinate and supervise the administration of the program to the extent funds are available for this purpose under the TANF block grant or the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
