Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly In accordance with rules adopted under section 5116.06 of the Revised Code, each local workforce development board shall decide whether to authorize the use of its youth workforce investment activity funds for the comprehensive case management and employment program. The decision shall be made for each fiscal biennial period. A board's decision applies to all of the counties the board serves.
