Effective: July 1, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 3 - 123rd General Assembly The director of development, in consultation with the commission on Hispanic-Latino affairs, shall develop an outreach program, including Spanish-speaking communication formats, designed to make all Spanish-speaking persons who meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the Ohio energy credit program aware of the nature and extent of available benefits and methods for acquiring and making applications. The program shall include assistance to such persons in making applications. The director shall implement the program in cooperation with the commission.
