Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 314 - 129th General Assembly All petroleum violation escrow funds received by this state from the federal government shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the energy oil overcharge fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall be used by the development services agency for energy conservation and assistance programs approved by the United States department of energy. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
