Effective: September 30, 1980 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1237 - 113th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5117.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.(B) Whoever violates division (B), (C), or (E) of section 5117.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.(C) Whoever violates division (D) of section 5117.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
