Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of mental health and addiction services has all the authority necessary to carry out its powers and duties under this chapter and Chapters 340., 2919., 2945., and 5122. of the Revised Code, including the authority to adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter and Chapters 340., 2919., 2945., and 5122. of the Revised Code.
