Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) The department of mental health and addiction services shall establish and maintain a registry of recovery housing residences that meet the criteria described in division (A)(1) or (2) of section 5119.392 of the Revised Code. For each residence, the registry shall include all of the following: (1) Any information from the form required by division (B) of section 5119.391 of the Revised Code that the department chooses to include in the registry; (2) If a complaint received under section 5119.393 of the Revised Code has been investigated and substantiated, a description of the complaint, the date the complaint was submitted to the department or its contractor, and the outcome of the investigation; (3) Any other information the department considers appropriate. (B) The department shall immediately remove from the registry a recovery housing residence that ceases to meet the criteria described in division (A)(1) or (2) of section 5119.392 of the Revised Code, including if the criteria described in those divisions ceases to be met because the residence has had its certification or accreditation, vision (A)(1) or (2) of section 5119.392 of the Revised Code, including if the criteria described in those divisions ceases to be met because the residence has had its certification or accreditation, as applicable, revoked or not renewed.
