Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Pursuant to Article X of the compact set forth in section 5119.70 of the Revised Code, the director of mental health and addiction services and the director of developmental disabilities each shall designate an officer who shall be the compact administrator for the department and who, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, shall adopt rules to carry out more effectively the terms of the compact. The compact administrators of each department shall serve subject to the pleasure of the governor and shall cooperate with all departments, agencies, and officers of and in the government of this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of the compact or of any supplementary agreements entered into by this state thereunder.
