Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon the state of Ohio by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder, as provided in sections 5119.70 to 5119.72 of the Revised Code, shall be made from appropriated funds upon presentation to the director of budget and management of itemized vouchers approved by the compact administrator.
