Effective: March 17, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 111 - 122nd General Assembly (A) The following divisions are hereby established in the department of rehabilitation and correction:(1) The division of business administration;(2) The division of parole and community services.(B) The director of rehabilitation and correction may establish offices, divisions in addition to those specified in division (A) of this section, bureaus, and other administrative units within the department of rehabilitation and correction and prescribe their powers and duties.
