Effective: June 13, 1975 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 111th General Assembly The department of agriculture, department of health, and Ohio state university shall cooperate with the department of rehabilitation and correction in making such cooperative tests as are necessary to determine the quality, strength, and purity of supplies, the value and use of farm lands, or conditions and needs of mechanical equipment.
