Effective: April 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 302 - 134th General Assembly Notwithstanding division (A) of section 5120.21 of the Revised Code, the department of rehabilitation and correction shall share the records described in that division with the director of job and family services to the extent necessary to effectuate the data matching agreements required under sections 4141.287 and 5101.041 of the Revised Code.
