Effective: July 12, 1972 Latest Legislation: House Bill 494 - 109th General Assembly The annual report of the department of rehabilitation and correction shall include a list of the officers and agents employed, and the condition of the state institutions under its control. Such report may include statistics and information in regard to correctional institutions of this or other states.
