Effective: September 6, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 170 - 124th General Assembly The department of rehabilitation and correction shall adopt rules under section 111.15 of the Revised Code to do both of the following:(A) Establish a schedule of health care benefits that are available to offenders who are in the custody or under the supervision of the department;(B) Establish a program to encourage the utilization of preventive health care services by offenders.
