Effective: March 15, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 661 - 123rd General Assembly Notwithstanding any other provision of the Revised Code, neither the prison nursery program nor the department of rehabilitation and correction, with respect to the program, is subject to any regulation, licensing, or oversight by the department of job and family services unless the departments agree to voluntary regulation, licensing, or oversight by the department of job and family services.
