Effective: March 17, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 111 - 122nd General Assembly A person who violates division (B)(2) of section 5120.211 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than two thousand five hundred dollars on a first offense and not more than twenty thousand dollars on a subsequent offense.
