Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly The managing officers of the institutions under the control of the department of developmental disabilities and the committing court, if requested, shall submit to the department such information as they may obtain concerning the financial condition of any resident or of relatives liable for the resident's support.
