Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of mental health and addiction services may subpoena witnesses, take testimony under oath, and examine any public records relating to the income and other assets of a patient or of a relative liable for such patient's support. All information, conclusions, and recommendations shall be submitted to the department by the investigating agent of the department.
