Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 141 - 131st General Assembly The department of mental health and addiction services shall deposit a copy of each compilation with the Ohio history connection and the state library as soon as a compilation is completed. The department shall not disclose any record or information used to create a compilation except as provided in sections 149.43 and 5122.31 of the Revised Code.
