Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Each person and each government entity that applies for or holds a valid license, certification, or registration issued under section 5123.161, 5123.19, 5123.45, or 5126.25 of the Revised Code shall notify the director of developmental disabilities of any change in the person's or government entity's address.
