Effective: June 30, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly No person or government entity shall receive payment for providing home and community-based services unless the person or government entity is one of the following: (A) Certified under section 5123.161 of the Revised Code;(B) Licensed as a residential facility under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code.
