Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly The department of developmental disabilities may conduct audits of the services and programs that either receive funds through the department or are subject to regulation by the department. Audits shall be conducted in accordance with procedures prescribed by the department. Records created or received by the department in connection with an audit are not public records under section 149.43 of the Revised Code until a report of the audit is released by the department.
