Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly Except as provided in sections 5123.166 and 5123.169 of the Revised Code, the director of developmental disabilities shall renew a supported living certificate if the certificate holder follows the renewal process established in rules adopted under section 5123.1611 of the Revised Code, continues to meet the applicable certification standards established in those rules, and pays the renewal fee established in those rules.
