Effective: July 1, 1988 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 156 - 117th General Assembly If not otherwise furnished, the probate judge shall see that each patient hospitalized under section 5123.76 of the Revised Code is properly attired for transportation, and, in addition, the institution shall be furnished a complete change of clothing for such patient, which shall be paid for on the certificate of the probate judge and the order of the county auditor from the county treasury. Such clothing shall be new or as good as new.
