Effective: October 12, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 483, House Bill 158 - 131st General Assembly (A) Each developmental disabilities personnel training course developed under section 5123.43 of the Revised Code shall be provided by a registered nurse.(B) To provide a training course or courses to developmental disabilities personnel, a registered nurse shall obtain the certificate or certificates required by the department of developmental disabilities and issued under section 5123.45 of the Revised Code. The registered nurse shall provide only the training course or courses authorized by the certificate or certificates the registered nurse holds. The Legislative Service Commission presents the text of this section as a composite of the section as amended by multiple acts of the General Assembly. This presentation recognizes the principle stated in R.C. 1.52(B) that amendments are to be harmonized if reasonably capable of simultaneous operation.
