Effective: October 1, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly If compensation for the work of attorneys employed by the Ohio protection and advocacy system or an agency or political subdivision of the state is awarded to the system in a class action lawsuit pursued by the system, the compensation shall be limited to the actual hourly rate of pay for that legal work.
