Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly The attorney general shall attend to all suits instituted on behalf of or against any public institution under the jurisdiction of the department of developmental disabilities and the managing officer thereof. If a writ of habeas corpus is applied for, the clerk of the court shall give notice of the time and place of hearing to the attorney general.
