Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Medicaid payments may be made for ICF/IID services provided not later than thirty days after the effective date of an involuntary termination of the ICF/IID that provides the services if the services are provided to a medicaid recipient who is eligible for the services and resided in the ICF/IID before the effective date of the involuntary termination.
