Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of developmental disabilities' determination that a change of operator has or has not occurred for purposes of licensure under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code shall not affect either of the following: (A) A determination by the department of developmental disabilities or department of medicaid of whether or when a change of operator occurs;(B) The department of medicaid's determination of the effective date of an entering operator's provider agreement under section 5124.511, section 5124.512, or, pursuant to section 5124.515, section 5124.07 of the Revised Code.
