Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly Each year, each member of a county board of developmental disabilities shall attend at least four hours of in-service training provided or approved by the department of developmental disabilities. This training shall not be considered regularly scheduled meetings of the county board.
