Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly If there are grounds for the mandatory removal of a member of a county board of developmental disabilities under section 5126.0213 of the Revised Code, the county board shall supply the board member and the member's appointing authority with written notice of the grounds.
