Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly If a member of a county board of developmental disabilities requests a hearing within the time required by section 5126.0216 of the Revised Code, the appointing authority may not remove the member from the board before the conclusion of the hearing.
