Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly A member of a county board of developmental disabilities who is removed from the county board is ineligible for reappointment to the board for not less than one year. The appointing authority shall specify the time during which the member is ineligible for reappointment. If the member is removed under division (A)(5) of section 5126.0213 of the Revised Code, the county board shall specify the training the member must complete before being eligible for reappointment.
