Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly Members of a county board of developmental disabilities shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in the conduct of county board business, including expenses that are incurred in the member's county of residence in accordance with an established policy of the county board.
