Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly A county board of developmental disabilities may procure a policy or policies of insurance insuring board members or employees of the board or agencies with which the board contracts or volunteer bus rider assistants authorized by section 5126.061 of the Revised Code against liability arising from the performance of their official duties.
