Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly The director of developmental disabilities shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing standard cost allocation procedures and shall require county boards of developmental disabilities to use such procedures to allocate all indirect costs to services provided pursuant to Chapters 3323. and 5126. of the Revised Code.
