Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly The superintendent of each county board of developmental disabilities shall require that the reports of any investigation by the board of an employee regarding whether the employee has committed an act or offense for which the superintendent is required to make a report to the superintendent of public instruction under section 5126.253 of the Revised Code be kept in the employee's personnel file. If, after an investigation under division (A) of section 3319.311 of the Revised Code, the superintendent of public instruction determines that the results of that investigation do not warrant initiating action under section 3319.31 of the Revised Code, the superintendent of the county board shall require the reports of the board's investigation to be moved from the employee's personnel file to a separate public file.
