Effective: July 1, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 152 - 120th General Assembly The department of youth services may conduct programs for the vocational education of children committed to the department or involved in aftercare services provided by the department, under which services are provided or products are made, and offered, for sale. Any profits made from the selling of such products or services shall be deposited into the industrial and entertainment fund created under section 5139.86 of the Revised Code.
