Effective: July 1, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 497 - 130th General Assembly The department of youth services shall lease capital facilities constructed, reconstructed, or improved, which facilities are financed by the treasurer of state pursuant to section 307.021 and Chapter 154. of the Revised Code, for the use of the department, and may enter into any other agreements with the Ohio public facilities commission, the department of administrative services, or any other authorized state agency ancillary to the construction, reconstruction, improvement, financing, leasing, or operation of such facilities, including, but not limited to agreements required by the applicable bond proceedings authorized by Chapter 154. of the Revised Code. Rentals from such leases shall constitute available receipts as defined in section 154.24 of the Revised Code and may be pledged for the payment of bond service charges as provided in that section.
