Effective: January 1, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 94 - 124th General Assembly The department of youth services shall adopt and promulgate regulations prescribing the method of calculating the amount of and the time and manner for the payment of financial assistance granted under sections 5139.27 and 5139.271 of the Revised Code, for the construction or acquisition of a district detention facility established under section 2152.41 of the Revised Code, or for the construction and maintenance of a school, forestry camp, or other facility established under section 2151.65 of the Revised Code.
