Effective: November 24, 1981 Latest Legislation: House Bill 440 - 114th General Assembly The department of youth services may, by mutual agreement with the governing board of a school, forestry camp, or other facility established under section 2151.65 of the Revised Code, transfer to such school, forestry camp, or other facility any child committed to the department.
