Effective: April 9, 1982 Latest Legislation: House Bill 654 - 113th General Assembly The department of rehabilitation and correction, upon the register required to be maintained by section 5145.04 of the Revised Code, shall enter notes of observed improvement or deterioration of character of the prisoner, the method of treatment employed for the prisoner, orders or alterations affecting his standing or situation, the prisoner's performance of labor while committed, and subsequent facts of personal history that may be officially brought to the knowledge of the department, bearing upon the propriety of the release or parole of the prisoner.
