Effective: July 12, 1972 Latest Legislation: House Bill 494 - 109th General Assembly The superintendent of the elementary day school for uneducated prisoners in the penitentiary shall make monthly reports to the department of rehabilitation and correction with respect to the management and progress of the school and as to all matters under his supervision.
