Effective: April 9, 1982 Latest Legislation: House Bill 654 - 113th General Assembly Labor or service shall not be performed by a prisoner within a correctional institution, unless the labor or service is expressly authorized by rules adopted by the department of rehabilitation and correction pursuant to division (B) of section 5145.03 of the Revised Code.
