Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Persons confined in any workhouse or jail may be employed in the manufacture of articles used by any department or public institution belonging to or controlled by the political subdivisions supporting or contributing to the support of any such workhouse or jail or to any political subdivision of the state.
