Effective: October 5, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 448 - 123rd General Assembly A public children services agency may procure a policy or policies of insurance insuring employees of the agency, volunteers, foster caregivers associated with the agency, and, if a county children services board is the public children services agency, board members against liability arising from the performance of their official duties.
