Effective: September 14, 1957 Latest Legislation: House Bill 927 - 102nd General Assembly The joint board of county commissioners organized under section 5153.36 of the Revised Code may remove any trustee appointed under section 5153.39 of the Revised Code, but no such removal shall be made on account of the religious or political opinion of such trustee. The trustee appointed to fill any vacancy shall hold his office for the unexpired term of his predecessor.
